Newcastle City Council Presents - Small Business Saturday - Public Choice Awards 2024!

We are so proud to announce we have been awarded the runner up Community Champion Award – Thank you to everyone who voted!

Now in its fifth year, the event forms part of the national Small Business Saturday campaign, which promotes the UK’s 5.5 million small businesses, representing 99.8% of the country’s business population.

Locally, small and medium enterprises (SMEs) account for 98% of Newcastle’s business landscape.
The awards were based on weeks of public voting which opened on Monday, 4th November, and closed on Sunday, 24th November, with thousands of residents showing their appreciation for the businesses that play a vital role in the city’s economy and community.
