'Natalie started working with my Autistic younger sister just over a year ago and it has been life changing. My sister is 30 years old, and when I met Natalie I explained for us it was more important that a carer could feel like a friend to my sister and would enjoy or at least partake in any activities that she wanted to do. Natalie has been flawless throughout. She is kind and compassionate, and she is a friend to my sister. For me, from day one I knew that I wouldn’t have to worry and could trust Natalie with my sister. Whilst she is an excellent carer and friend to my sister, she is fantastic with updating me with any behaviour she’s noticed through the day, or if there’s anything she’s been repeating to check that I am aware, which we as a family appreciate but is also a testament that my sister feels her true self in the company of Natalie and that we are all work collaboratively to improve and maintain the pastoral aspects of her life.'
