Equal Opportunities for All Abilities and Empowering Every Voice
Mochii is a social enterprise organisation supported both by the Kings Trust and Footsteps Children’s Services. We provide support for families impacted by SEND in the North East CA.
Mochii’s provision includes short breaks in the form of After School Clubs, Weekend Clubs and Half Term Holiday Clubs as well as an Adult Group on a Wednesday Evening for adults with neurodiversities/SEND such as Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia.
Our youth groups give children and adults the opportunity to have fun, make friends and try new things whilst also giving parents/carers a break from their caring responsibilities in order for them to be able to spend quality time with the rest of their family or to pursue their own hobbies or interests.

'Natalie started working with my Autistic younger sister just over a year ago and it has been life changing. My sister is 30 years old, and when I met Natalie I explained for us it was more important that a carer could feel like a friend to my sister and would enjoy or at least partake in any activities that she wanted to do. Natalie has been flawless throughout. She is kind and compassionate, and she is a friend to my sister. For me, from day one I knew that I wouldn’t have to worry and could trust Natalie with my sister. Whilst she is an excellent carer and friend to my sister, she is fantastic with updating me with any behaviour she’s noticed through the day, or if there’s anything she’s been repeating to check that I am aware, which we as a family appreciate but is also a testament that my sister feels her true self in the company of Natalie and that we are all work collaboratively to improve and maintain the pastoral aspects of her life.'

Sarah- Mochii A Big shout out to all who help make a huge difference to our children who sometimes need there space to feel themselves without stigma - mochiis offer space, time, fun as well as life education like cooking, my daughter really enjoys her sessions and loves the pool
. Groups like this is vital to children with needs of many kinds as school is alot and quite often children arn't able to be who they are in a happy and comfortable environment which im sure many relate too, like bulling and strick school rules, and let's be real, it's good for us parents to have some healthy time out too known our children are happy and safe and will be contacted where needed again unlike schools im so pleased i heard about mochiis from a friend as my daughter enjoys this every week and if for some reason we can't attend the staff are full understanding too,
Thank you mochiisEmaRead more
